We're looking for a Relationship Manager (Digital Products and Services) to market the development and growth of Farm Credit Services of America's digital collaboration strategy and the development and management of key relationships across the United States. This role requires a focused balance of business development and relationship management.

What you will do:
  • Manage the day-to-day aspects of the collaboration relationships, including supporting issues, and soliciting and responding to feedback.
  • Work closely with product teams to continuously improve our customer-facing digital channels.
  • Provide product teams key insights and data based on their interactions with our collaborators.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management
  • Provide leadership and serve as the primary point of contact for collaborators and vendors within the Associations' digital collaboration strategy.
  • Manage the day-to-day aspects of complex, highly visible relationships on a national level. Maintain an exceptional level of responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Regularly meet with collaborators and keep abreast of information concerning their businesses, needs, strategic direction and our program's performance to determine business opportunities.
  • Organize Association resources, including data, systems or tools, or key teammates to accomplish objectives.
  • Understand System relationships and present a common voice when participating in Committees and workgroups on Associations programs and provide influence on System-Wide issues.
Market Development
  • Responsible for market development and growth of the Associations' digital collaboration strategy. Create, develop, and implement sales strategies that achieve business unit growth objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of our digital channel programs with collaborators and vendors, working with internal and external business partners to facilitate efficient onboarding.
  • Negotiate and facilitate the execution of agreements. Solicit and foster relationships with 3rd party vendors.
  • In conjunction with local teams and other channels, coordinate local, regional, and national trade shows or other events that support business objectives.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive environment, and industry opportunities and challenges.
  • 8+ years business development, business unit leadership, sales leadership and/or relationship management required.
  • Proven track record of strong sales and relationship development results.
  • Advanced negotiation skills.
  • Strong business development skills, with proven abilities in assessing market opportunities.
  • Proven track record of organizing work and exercising well-reasoned judgment involving large and complex transactions.
  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree or equivalent training and experience preferred
  • Travel is required up to 30% during the day and overnight
