The Regional Sales Support Representative (RSS) is responsible for growing customer relationships and delivering exceptional service through customer visits, product demonstrations, training/educational programs, product in-services, and problem resolution.

Let's talk about the role
  • Primary role is to maintain market share at current accounts by delivering exceptional service through team-driven directives and assist with product training needs within the region
  • Develop, maintain, and grow customer relationships within assigned accounts
  • Develop and enhance these relationships through routine customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, and problem resolution
  • Document activities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Work closely with the Sales Management team in evaluating business conditions and sales trends
  • Develop and implement a proactive plan that involves service and support with Sales Management
  • Travel up to 75% throughout the territory as needed to support our customers

Let's talk about you
  • +1 years sales experience
  • Bachelors (BS/BA) in business, management, communications or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and build strong customer relationships
  • Familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
  • Excellence in all forms of communication and ability to provide excellent service to customers
  • Self-starter and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude
  • A Team player with a willingness to learn
  • Results-orientated with focus on continuous improvement and problem-solve
  • Willingness to travel to support customers' needs
  • Experience/ Knowledge of Medical device industry preferred not required
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, specifically Salesforce.com (SFDC) or similar preferred not required
