Position at Dominion Powersports Software

Are you looking to join a strong DMS sales team in the marine industry? Then come join our dynamic team as a 100% remote Regional Sales Representative!

At the core of ZiiDMS, you'll find a Powersports dealer management system built for real-time business intelligence, analytics, and retail management combined with AI and machine learning to help large dealers make informed decisions and take action to achieve profitability. As a Regional Sales Representative, what might you do during a typical work day/week?

  • Focus heavily on new customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Territory development, prospecting, sales cycle management, engaging, monitoring, and coordinating sales of the ZiiDMS product and services.
  • Learn and understand market trends and competitive product knowledge
  • Execute a sales strategy designed to exceed sales projections and provide feedback that is valuable to defining future strategic changes
  • Engage prospects through the sales cycle to exceed sales goals by developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our services/solutions and their applications towards solving customer business challenges
  • Accurately and consistently document all opportunities, status and updates in SalesForce
  • Collaborate with other field representatives, sales representatives, account managers, management, partners, and other support organizations to drive ZiiDMS sales initiatives.
  • Manage ZiiDMS sales with organizations by effectively identifying and driving a number of opportunities through the qualification process to the eventual sale
  • Help build and leverage brand awareness and the ZiiDMS value proposition within your assigned territory
  • Travel to industry events when necessary


What do you bring to the table?

  • Marine DMS experience required (dealer or vendor)
  • Demonstrated experience in developing a large, diverse sales territory
  • Experience giving presentations
  • Experience selling via the following channels: video conference, online demo, webinar presentation, phone
  • Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office product knowledge, as well as other industry software solutions, preferred
  • Ability to work in a remote environment

*Salary starts at $50k/year plus commission (OTE $100k+)
