JOB SUMMARY:

The Regional Sales Manager serves as the central contact hub for all Marketing and Lead Generation efforts within their assigned region. Responsible for the in-region development and execution of prioritized marketing programs that position and enhance all Able Aerospace Services product portfolios and drive sales revenue. Will be responsible for adapting existing marketing efforts to the unique messaging and product positioning needs of the region. Will also be responsible for driving the sales and lead generation strategies in the assigned region(s), supporting sales to connect with qualified prospects in growing industries.

Position requires candidate to be based in Asian Pacific.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients and partner organizations.
  • Submits and presents the customer with a finalized collaborative proposal with solutions, justifications and expected results to overcome objections and win the business with maximum revenue/margin.
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's/partner's needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
    • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM or other sales management system.
    • Forecast and accomplish sales targets and ensure they are met.
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
  • Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
  • Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities.
  • Understand the company's goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company's performance and represent the company in the best light.
  • Solve customer problems in relation to our categories and products.
  • Coordinate transitioning of new business from parent and adjacent companies and maintain updated customer information files.
  • Be efficient in Microsoft and Google tools to manage projects and timelines.
  • Able to identify new repair and manufacturing candidates from customers.
  • Knowledge of repair process to include chemical plating, machining, cold spray, pneumatic and hydraulic repair.


  • Qualifications:

    EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's degree required in Business, Sales, or relative field
    • Minimum 5 years of relative sales experience required


    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • General aircraft maintenance knowledge required.
    • Hands-on, direct experience with components required, manufacturing experience preferred.
    • Aviation experience preferred.
    • Above average communication skills (written and verbal) - Clear concise writing style featuring consistently correct grammar and spelling.
    • Ability to listen carefully and discern specific customer requirements.
    • A heightened attention to detail and consistent follow-through in spite of a dynamic working environment.
    • Experience with technical publications (IPC/IPB, CMM/OHM/CR&O, MX manuals/airworthiness limitations, AD/SB/ASB/Etc.) is preferred.
    • Highly functional with MS Excel.
    • Experience working with outside entities and contacts.
