Job Description

Regional Sales Director to join a fast-growth global software scale-up that’s acquired >20 companies in 3 years and recently secured $1bn PE funding.

You’ll be an experienced Sales Leader, ideally with strong data analytics & SAP exposure, looking for stimulating challenges and a career opportunity in a rapidly expanding, high performance business. 

The Opportunity

Based largely at home in the UK or Netherlands and reporting to the EMEA VP Sales, the Sales Director leads an accomplished team of six that sell our best-in-class operational reporting and process analytics solution (‘Angles’ for SAP) to new prospects and existing clients across EMEA.

To exceed the team quota, drive regional growth and achieve high levels of client satisfaction, the Regional Sales Director develops appropriate strategy, provides inspirational sales leadership, and collaborates effectively with our marketing, professional services, and customer success groups.

Day to day, the jobholder will support expert territory planning, lead the team with account development and pipeline generation activities, utilize MEDDIC, and encourage high professional standards and the sound execution of each phase of the complex sales cycle.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Accomplished B2B sales leader who has consistently helped teams meet quota selling Analytics/ERP solutions (SAP)
  • KPI focused, engaging presence, authentic, and the drive and adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-performance, and rapidly evolving environment
  • Flexible to be in the Utrecht office 2-3 days every couple of weeks
