Regional Director- Emerging Tech (Humio), West Region
About the Role:
We are building our team and hiring a Regional Director for our West Region. This role will be a front-line leadership role overseeing a team of Enterprise Sellers dispersed across a large geographic region. Those individuals who opt in at this early stage will have the opportunity to help promote the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology organization. The focus of the team will be market penetration and new adoption as we look to grow our business 300% YoY.
You will bring your sales leadership experience in a fast-growing big data / SaaS company. Proven experience in scaling the business and growing a team. Hiring, enabling and coaching team members to be successful while maximizing individual and team performance. Be highly involved to garner valuable insights regarding customer adoption and GTM effectiveness.
What You'll Need:
5-10 years of experience in Field Sales / Management in one of the following markets (BI, data analytics, security software, Big Data, ITOA & Dev Ops & Application Performance Management).
History working with a high growth, early-stage company scaling fast. Adaptable and able to excel in a quickly evolving environment.
Successful experience leading an enterprise team responsible for running the entire sales cycle from start to finish and owning a multi-million-dollar quota.
History of strong team performance and quota attainment – track record that demonstrates exceeding goals/quotas. (Presidents and sales awards/trips a plus)
Accurate forecasting skills
Highly motivated and professional, with excellent verbal, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to foster team cohesion; create a culture of identifying and sharing best practices.
Proficient with sales processes such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling
The position is remote-friendly but we’re only hiring across the Western United States. Fluency in English is required
