This KEY role, Regional Channel Manager, will:

(1) execute strategic and key account management in accordance with the Strategic Plan.

(2) You will identify new opportunities,

(3) Manage CRM system for funnel tracking,

(4) Ascertain application requirements,

(5) Provide technical support,

(6) Assist distribution partners through all phases of the program.

(7) Represent Pall to our customers and develop a strong and positive partnership by supporting production, engineering, quality, and purchasing.

(8) Lead channel partners including projections, price negotiations, quotations, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and T&C's.

  • Cultivate, develop, and improve channel partner relations for assigned accounts.
  • Actively maintain Funnel Management process with CRM tool(s) to assist in account management and development. Additionally, maintain standard work on for funnel/CRM tool updates, QBRs, and CP Assessment updates. along with l ead distribution order fulfillment functions and resources to include RFQ document review
  • Ensure alignment with Pall's performance and customer portals
  • Develop new and enhance existing channel partnerships and order projections
  • Coordinate and lead all aspects of contracts to ensure all contractual obligations are being met
  • Provide support, information, and product information to channel partners
  • Collaborate with customers and strategic partners in person and virtually, to identify new platforms, applications, and products
  • Optimize Sales Funnel management process and CRM tool(s) to assist in account management and development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or engineering is a plus
  • Experience with negotiating and Account Management
  • Business/Technical Knowledge within one or more of the following markets is desirable; Fuels & Chemistry, PowerGen, Automotive, Primary Metals, Pulp & Paper, Industrial industries
  • Experience working with MRO's and Distribution Partners
  • Contract Management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Outlook.
  • Proficient in Sales Funnel Management (such as Miller Heiman)
  • Experience selling direct and through distribution channels
  • Outstanding presentation and relationship building skills and positively influence and impact outcomes
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to assess and adjust priorities
  • Working knowledge of cost system and pricing methodologies
  • Strong analytical and issue resolution skills
  • 50% travel within assigned territory.
