What You Will Be Doing
The Quality Control Trust Account Associate will play an integral part in ensuring a superior client experience, as well as contribute to the growth and development of the AI product and machine learning model, enabling better accuracy and additional development features for future releases.

  • Coordinate with the Senior Quality Control Trust Account Associate to ensure accurate and efficient quality control procedures
  • Work and liaise with the CI technical team of data scientists and software developers to load client data files into the C3 environment for ingestion
  • Access Syndtrak (and other data repositories as necessary) to retrieve relevant financial documents for extraction
  • Access and work with client specific data files and documents provided for ingestion into the C3 system
  • Verify the client / CI workflow process is working as intended and escalate any issues appropriately
  • Manually review errors produced from the C3 system in the digitization process, and provide detailed feedback on those errors to the product and development team
  • Compare C3 digitized data with the original financial statements, identifying and documenting errors found
  • Remediate errors found in digitized data using the accept or amend audit process
  • Escalate systemic errors found to the product/development teams
  • Coordinate with Client Support Manager to ensure all concerns are being recorded and shared appropriately


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
  • Typically, up to two years of experience in an office environment
  • Good organization and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Interest in the financial services industry
  • Interest in learning more about cutting edge technology (i.e., AI, machine learning models and big-data)


Added Bonus If You Have

  • Database skills (particularly working with large and unstructured data sets)
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
