ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Solution Consulting enablement senior manager to help build and scale knowledge and skills across our amazing Solution Consulting organization. This person will focus on serving two key roles in our GTM organization: Scientific Solution Consultants and Technical Solution Consultants. It will focus on both onboarding and ongoing programming for SCs. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Manage/build a stellar learning content focused on ensuring that our Solution Consulting teams are ready to deliver on revenue targets
- Develops, implements, evaluates, and maintains a role-based skill development framework and program based on competency models
- Partner with SC leadership to ensure the training and content exceeds expectations
- Level up the onboarding program to include milestones, certifications, bootcamps, and so forth
- Create ongoing programming for the different roles, including content/learning design for kick off(s), QBRs, biweekly/weekly programs
- Drives enablement and facilitates coaching with confidence on topics such as technical account planning, demo techniques, whiteboarding, storytelling, value selling, best practices and others
- Work closely with SC Leadership/Product Management/Product Marketing to support new product launches, and deploying new messaging and training
- Measure and monitor the impact of learning initiatives
- Manage/recommend outside vendors such as Demo to Win, Great Demo, etc.
ABOUT YOU
- 7+ years of work experience, with at least 2-4 years in enablement roles, especially SC/SE roles
- Former role/experience as an SC would be ideal and if not, a good understanding of demonstration skills and the presales processes
- Strong program management, learning design, and operational skills
- Can-do attitude, strong work ethic, strong relationship management skills, growth/flexible mindset are keys to success in this role
- Demonstrates experience and ability to work across Sales, Solution Consulting, Marketing, and Product to create a culture of alignment
- Change management skills are a nice to have
- Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences is a plus but not required (but a strong willingness to learn basic science is needed)
