The Premier Sales Specialist (PSS) is a fantastic path to outside sales or national accounts, or can provide a lucrative long term career home.
As PSS you will be assigned a portfolio of centralized National Account customers to support for Inside Sales and Customer Service activities. You'll work closely with, and learn from our National Account Managers (NAM) and Business Development Directors (BDD) and branch Sales and Operations teams to write and fulfill contracts for WSMM equipment and services. Your focused activities will drive share and revenue growth while enhancing the National Account customer's experience.

Our growth means there are multiple openings for this role in our Shared Service Centers across the US: Phoenix, AZ; Baltimore, MD; Orlando, FL!

Day to day activities are designed to grow and develop your sales and service skills and will include:
  • Developing and maintaining productive relationships with National Account customer contacts and internal stakeholders
  • Providing inside sales support and assistance to customers regarding Products and Services through
    • lead generation
    • quoting
    • opportunity closing
    • customer follow-up on inquiries and service requests
  • Working with NAMs and BDDs to develop & implement customer and/or vertical-specific growth strategies focused on product penetration, revenue and share growth, and customer satisfaction enhancement
  • Learning and delivering product knowledge across the portfolio of WSMM products, services, and capabilities
  • Developing and executing on an opportunity pipeline within your portfolio
  • Applying proper value selling techniques and pricing guidelines throughout the sales process to understand customer needs and requirements, and to provide the best solution to meet customers' needs
  • Tracking and reporting on your achievement of assigned Sales and Customer Service KPIs
To successfully pursue this role you will need:
  • A high school degree or GED
  • 2 years' experience in a sales or service role
  • Comfort with leveraging technology and strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to follow and influence the selling process
  • To communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with external customers as well as internal stakeholders
  • A "client service" mindset
  • The ability to multi-task with high degree of attention to detail
  • To be execution-focused, with a sense of urgency
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to apply selling and service skills throughout the stages of the sales process
There will be limited travel required for occasional customer engagements and Team/Company meetings.
