  • Perform deep dive discovery sessions with customers and prospects that focuses both broad and deep within an organization to uncover opportunities or the craft complex solutions across multiple products to meet a customer's needs
  • Interact with clients (both internal and external) to provide leadership, expertise and guidance in translating how Content and DaaS solutions and processes meet the client's needs with a bespoke business case
  • Develop and maintain a repository of client objectives and use cases along with the applicable use of LN solutions
  • Create custom professional client presentations/workflows that can be leveraged throughout the organization for like opportunities
  • Support sales teams across multiple regions and segments including at client review meetings, workshops, tradeshows, and other customer facing events
  • Liaise with clients post sale to ensure proper handoff to delivery and support
  • Identify and communicate best practices to management, sales professionals or other team members within the gNS existing account management structure
  • Work with Marketing and Product Management to ensure proper prioritization of enhancements and market positioning to align with gNs sales strategy. Leverage key takeaways from successful deals to help craft future market messaging
  • Document new solution and opportunity ideas obtained through interaction with client engagements. Document the potential revenue impact to build a business case for resource allocation.
  • Document and prepare statements of work and project expectations
  • Acknowledge requests and inquiries from external customers within 24 hours unless out of office and internal customers within 48 hours unless out of office
  • Coordinate backup sales support if you're unable to participate
  • Identify and develop sales tools, presentations, demonstration scripts, value proposition content and any other areas of sales support to accelerate growth and drive scalability across the organization

  • 5+ years direct client sales, technology and/or data experience
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Exemplary presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills
  • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to collaborate and interact effectively in a matrix organization, primarily Sales, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product Management, Integration Solution Specialists and other internal stakeholders
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM
  • Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with internal and external clients
  • Solid time management skills and strict adherence to timelines
  • Has the flexibility to adapt to a fast changing environment and works well under pressure.
  • A high level of energy, self-motivation, competitiveness, and a desire to positively impact the business
  • Ability to travel (up to 30% post-Covid restrictions)
