THE ROLE
The Partnerships Director will own the development and expansion of a strategic partnership relationship within our partner ecosystem. This role supports our Cloud, Technical and Agency Partner Program’s mission to grow mutual business through the partner channels and their clients (Jebbit prospects and customers). We are looking for someone who is passionate about growing existing, building net-new, and monetizing strategic partner relationships – driving scalable programs in collaboration with external partners and internal teams, who is biased towards building repeatability and scalability through innovation, proactively seeking to improve commercial development achievements and partner experience and is driven to make a measurable impact.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage existing strategic global partner relationships (Qualtrics, Salesforce, Epsilon-Publicis, SAP, Emarsys, Attentive, etc.) to advance mutual commercial development
- Generate and strategically manage partner driven pipeline programs by proactively identifying opportunities and, aligning their customer and prospect cohorts to ours
- Identify commercial opportunities within your owned partnerships and present to Jebbit’s Global Partnerships Director to ensure delivery on quarterly targets and unlock new growth areas through the partner program
- With the support of Partner Marketing, you’ll create and optimize partner-facing enablement materials and templates (Webinars, Whitepapers, Case Studies, Roundtables, Events, and more)
- Act as the Jebbit expert to increase partner knowledge on the Jebbit platform and proactively train partners in our core proposition, new use cases and new platform features and functionality
- Work cross-functionally across all Jebbit teams and stakeholders, including: sales, marketing, product, engineering, and customer success
- As needed, effectively demonstrate Jebbit’s capabilities to prospective partners
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience in managing Strategic Partner relationships and building commercial partner programs and/or relevant business development experience
- Strong business acumen and desire to understand how businesses operate together within a larger ecosystem to create value for customers and the marketplace
- You have knowledge of one or more of the following: SaaS, APIs, Agency, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, or Analytics
- Partners have the impression that you treat them as clients, listen to, and understand their problems
- Commitment to making partners successful through repeatable and scalable solutions to support our growing partner ecosystem
- Focus on delivering results through innovation and a bias for action, learning and optimization
- Proficient in Salesforce to forecast revenue projections and understand how to evaluate new solutions to optimize partner management, success and deal-flow
