Job Requisition ID #22WD63565Position OverviewThe Partner Success Strategist is responsible for designing the partner success experience for our ecosystem of partners. In this role, you will synthesize partner and stakeholder feedback to design the right mix of partner success experiences to support Autodesk's strategic goals now and well into the future.Responsibilities
- Align, collaborate, influence, and advise on any Autodesk programs that include Partners. Provide the Customer Success and Partner Success perspective to ensure alignment between Autodesk and the Partner experience
- Owns interlock with Global Channel Strategy team
- Build multi-year strategy for growing Autodesk Partner's capacity and capabilities in Customer Success, Services & Technical Support
- Orchestrates and ensures hand off from Success Strategy to Global Revenue operations
- Research and analyze partner needs, industry trends and best practices from other companies
- Manage, influence, collaborate, align with, and advise stakeholders throughout Autodesk regarding Partner Success strategies
- Define KPIs and success metrics for the major workstreams and new initiatives
- Define and manage the team's strategy on the re-enforcement and scaling of our programs and enablement as well as any change management for program enhancements
- 5+ Years relevant work experience with partner, especially in Strategy Design
- GTM Strategy and Program Management experience
- Knowledge of Partner business models and how to influence independent businesses
- Experience working effectively with global / virtual teams
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated creative problem-solving skills
- You understand the value of collaboration - you're able to work with a variety of different stakeholders to create alignment and execute around common goals
- You have a Partner mindset - you can easily put yourself in the partner's shoes and represent their point of view back to other team members
- You crave creative challenges - you see problems as opportunities to solve. You are naturally curious and are constantly pushing to understand the "why"
- You get stuff done - you know when it is time to turn from ideation to execution, and you do it flawlessly and with enthusiasm
- You bring data to the debate - you are comfortable with gray but know a data-backed perspective will lead to better recommendations and decision making
