Job Description

The Partner Success Manager will focus on accelerating Apptega sales and customer adoption within our partner ecosystem. You will focus on driving partner adoption and retention through interactive partner engagement. Success will be measured by pipeline and deal registrations created monthly by new and existing Apptega partners. You will be an integral part of Apptega's Partner Success Team ensuring that partners are accelerating promotion and adoption of Apptega within their customer base.

Responsibilities of a Partner Success Manager include, but are not limited to:
  • Achieve against quarterly deal registration and partner success goals
  • Enable and support partners to achieve pipeline and deal registration goals, ensuring that qualified deal registrations are effectively routed to Apptega AEs for demo and closing support and help enable partners to support deals that don't warrant AE engagement
  • Onboard new partners following Apptega's Partner Onboarding Methodology from Kickoff to Renewal
  • Provide ongoing training of partner teams virtually, in person or via webinar to ensure Apptega is effectively positioned as part of the partner's sales efforts
  • Work with Apptega management and marketing to create Partner Portal resources (new features, product updates, competitive tactics, and pricing changes) that support partner's education and sales efforts
  • Be an Apptega expert and effectively communicate new features and benefits to partnersyou will make sure our partners are on top of all of our innovation
  • Work with support on partner support tickets, ensuring partner inquiries are addressed
  • Work with Partner Marketing and management on promotional programs and partner sales initiatives
  • Provide quality deliverables (emails, reports, PPT presentations) that are partner and client-ready
  • Assess and prioritize tasks based on due dates, difficulty and resources/input required
  • Coordinate recurring, compelling outbound partner communications to keep Apptega top of mind.


Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience serving partners
  • Marketing, Sales and/or SaaS technology experience (or interest)
  • Attention to detail, sense of urgency, and passion for Partner Success
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly dynamic environment
  • B.A./B.S. Degree, preferred
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced business environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and the able to work through complex issues
  • Flexibility, including the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Ability to travel into market up to 20% of time
