Partner Success Manager

This is an opportunity to join one of the most advanced and fastest growing tech companies in the logistics and supply chain space. Having secured $12.7M in Series A funding earlier this year, we are in hyper-growth mode to support our expanding customer and product base. In the last year alone, we've seen our revenue stream,  customer base, and digital activity grow by 5x! This newly created position will be an integral part of our Customer Experience team as we embark on the next phase of our growth.

  • Manage regular communication of impact and effectiveness of 3rd party partnerships to all internal stakeholders (CEO, CTO, VP of Customer Experience, Head of Integrations Engineering, VP of Product Management, Head of Marketing), own escalations to executive management, lead key relationships with members of the partnership and own day to day communications
  • Collaborate with IT and business partners on launches, understand and project manage all aspects of technical integrations to ensure a successful and timely launch
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for all Partners by leading quarterly business reviews, acting as the data strategist and providing insight into the opportunities that accelerate Parade’s customers’ success on the platform 
  • Develop, execute, and maintain a communication cadence with a portfolio of Partners
  • Introduce and implement new products and features to your Partners, evaluate their success and navigate feedback channels with them and Parade’s Product team
  • Care about your Partners and view their success as your own
What Success Would Look Like in Your First Few Months 
  • You will develop a partner strategy that demonstrates you have a clear and concise understanding of the Parade product, industry and business goals
  • You will create the end to end partner journey and partner experience with processes, roles and responsibilities, artifacts and internal documentation included 
  • You will have earned the trust of our Partners and built in-depth relationships by having a complete understanding of their business goals and objectives
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience in process design, project management, and change management within an IT or enabling function with strong interpersonal skills
  • Degree/MBA in relevant disciplines 
  • Professional experience analyzing data with the goal of preparing/presenting executive level presentations
  • Customer champion: Interpersonal effectiveness and emotional intelligence to develop positive win/win relationships with Parade partners and with internal Parade stakeholders
  • Well-organized and detail oriented with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks concurrently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in managing partner business working through pipeline, planning, onboarding and growth cycle, ideally at software development tech companies
  • Deep understanding of the freight technology ecosystem, brokerage industry and tech stack
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or business intelligence tools (i.e. Metabase)
