The Opportunity
Afterpay is looking for high-energy, very organized people with advanced communication skills to join our elite team. As a member of the Partner Success team, you’ll help with the growth and retention of our partner portfolio, working closely with 3-4 Partner Success leads assisting them in the post-sale process with multiple accounts and providing ongoing operational and account management support. We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, detail oriented person who is an excellent communicator to coordinate across the Partner Success and other teams. Ultimately, we want this person to provide extensive operational support to the Partner Success leads so that they can deliver an exceptional account management experience to our partners.

Act as liaison between the Partner Success team and members of other internal departments including legal, risk, sales operations, marketing and finance
Assist in all aspects of account management including data gathering, invoice processing, outreach co-ordination, helping to build business reviews and meeting set up / preparation
Develop and maintain project plans and trackers
Meet individual and team deadlines, KPIs and targets
Use creative thinking, organization and strong communication skills to manage day to day deliverables to the Partner Success team

1-2 years experience in fast-paced work environment
Exceptional time management and problem solving skills
Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload
Ability to take direction as well as create your own structure/framework for projects
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Excellent organizational skills, must be able to act as primary support person for high performing Partner Success team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong research, presentation and proofreading skills
Ability to collaborate with various internal departments across the organization
A problem solver who loves to deliver high quality support
Understanding of the retail landscape is a plus
