Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience analyzing data, creating reports, and building data visualization.
  • Experience in partner communications and relationship-building.



Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with streaming platforms and the media and entertainment industry.
  • Experience in a professional services role (i.e., Management Consulting or Investment Banking).
  • Experience with Cloud solutions and products.
  • Experience with Google's products and the industries they operate within.
  • Experience with the gaming industry, including major participants and market dynamics.
  • Ability to innovate and navigate complexity in a fast-paced environment.

Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

The Partner Strategy team focuses on solving some of the most complex and challenging questions facing Stadia's partners and business. The team owns a broad strategic mandate encompassing long-term strategy, partner analytics, agreement forecasting and modeling, agreement process and management, and supporting our most strategic partner discussions and relationships.

As the team's Partner Solutions and Strategy Manager, you will play a critical role to grow Google's capacity to serve its partners, drive business growth, and improve the partner experience. You will also lead projects to answer the questions we face today and in the future.

Stadia is Google's premier Video Game platform, designed for everyone. We are working on custom built hardware and rapidly evolving open source technology to deliver a seamless gaming experience across multiple devices. Stadia provides players new ways to discover, engage, and connect with content with no download required thanks to our cutting-edge data centers. Our team members are building the tools that will push game development to new levels, reducing the barrier to entry and bringing gaming to everyone. Responsibilities

  • Define and manage solutions (i.e., direct-to-consumer and go-to-market strategies) to drive business growth and optimize our partner lifecycle including sales, implementation, and ongoing account management.
  • Lead projects to gather, analyze, and distill research about our markets, users, partners, and products.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with a range of constituents (e.g., Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Legal etc.), as well as cross-Google stakeholders and external partners executives.
  • Navigate cross-functional complexity to quickly and effectively bring open issues to resolution and identify new business and growth opportunities
  • Develop and present comprehensive, data-backed recommendations to diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership and partners.
