TripActions is looking for an experienced Partner Manager who is an effective leader and communicator and a seasoned problem-solver. A successful candidate should be able to define and drive long-term objectives and strategy for the business. The ideal candidate has strong business judgment with a track record of successful partner relationship management. Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills are musts. Position will report to and work closely with Senior Director - Travel Experience.   

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively operate within diverse, cross-functional groups in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of call center operations, training, script development, and quality assurance
  • Strong problem solving / analytical skills, including a qualitative and quantitative skill set

What You'll Do:

  • This role must be confident and have the professional presence that builds relationships as well as earns the respect of the partner senior level management
  • Perform as a functional bridge amongst external partners as well as internal stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot all partner problems and present to management as required
  • Overseas travel will be required 2-4 times per year
  • Establishes systems and procedures to ensure quality of partner services
  • Develops requirements and monitoring measures for suppliers to achieve process and quality standards and commitments
  • Collaborates in devising and influencing solutions to an assortment of problems of moderate scope
  • Contributes to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives
  • Coordinate all partner management tasks inclusive of working with external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate partner performance
  • Identify improvement areas internally as well as perform closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions
  • Monitor contractual agreements for all partner functions
  • Stimulate steady process enhancement to present increasing operational efficiency in entire partner processes
