Channel Partner Manager

Gopuff Marketing Solutions is seeking a Partner Manager, Channel Partnerships. Our ideal fit will be responsible for ensuring we increase the adoption of our ad platform and Gopuff media is easy to buy however clients want too. This person will also play a pivotal role in integrating all of our digital properties together to increase our inventory (Gopuff/Bevmo/Liquorbarn, etc). We want this person to be a strategic thinker, but also not afraid to roll up their sleeves and be scrappy where needed.
You Will:
- Drive channel revenue growth via 3rd party partners by improving program framework, sales enablement, tools, and processes
- Hold QBRs with channel partners to review performance and increase revenue
- Align with internal merchandise teams to onboard and scale long tail brands into channel partner ecosystem
- Analyze and optimize existing brands within reseller platforms
- Create aligned incentives for channel partners to drive increased revenue to Gopuff
- Engage channel sales partners, ensuring partner feedback and needs are communicated to internal stakeholder teams to influence the product roadmap
- Engage and communicate with advertisers and internal sales teams to facilitate a seamless experience to access channel partners and increase channel partner lead volume
- Increase the total number of resellers in global markets by sourcing and enabling resales partners
- Work closely with internal stakeholders in product to contribute to defining the Partner Network strategy, execution and goals
You Have:
- 3-6 years of digital advertising experience and partner management
- Strong understanding of retail media space
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build from the ground up
- Proven track-record of increasing and driving revenue through partners
- Business development or channel development experience with partners in the advertising or ad-tech space such media agencies and/or ad-tech providers, leading and driving relationships and revenue growth
- Proven track record of driving projects or programs, and delivering results against project/program goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
- Planning, prioritization and time-management skills
