The Partner Alliance Team is driven by Charmony (channel harmony) and operating a world-class partner program that many of our partners are using as a template for their own programs. We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Partner Growth Executive, International Partnerships. If this sounds like you, then read on!!

Responsibilities

  • First and foremost, be the primary person responsible for delivering bookings and revenue growth from resellers including SaaS providers, VAR, system integrators, lead providers, consultants, agencies, and distributors, including (but not limited to) all reseller partners in Mexico, LATAM and EMEA
  • Ensure partnership success through development and execution of partnership growth plans (PGP) to achieve revenue goals (i.e. acquire new channel customers and expand partner’s existing channel customer accounts), conducting partner business reviews (PBRs), and measurement of partner performance against pre-established business metrics
  • Onboard new partners and provide on-going support and training
  • Support leadership in recruiting new partners
  • Tailor and lead region-specific Sales enablement for partners to deliver high quality sales enablement, training and support
  • Partner with Customer Success to deliver partner enablement and maximize partner success in delivering a world-class experience to end-customers
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to forecast partner ARR and bookings, process orders, and deliver partner-related business reports
  • Work with Marketing to deliver necessary positioning, collateral and campaigns
  • Drive prioritization with Product Management to address the specific requirements of international partners and their channel customers

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications;
  • Must be bilingual or fluent in Spanish
  • Proactive self-starter, broad thinker, strategic planner, able to execute and implement strategy
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity in high-growth situations and partner engagements
  • 2+ years experience managing international partnerships or client relationships; comfortable navigating and finding solutions to international business processes and possible conflicts
  • Data driven, results driven, revenue driven
  • Strong social selling skills
  • 3+ years sales, business development or account management experience in IT / Software / SaaS is a must; experience managing reseller relationships is a plus
  • Experience carrying quota and being on commission previously is beneficial
  • Demonstrated track record of successful channel development in organizations with recurring revenue models including software and services is beneficial
  • Demonstrated track record of promotions and increased responsibility
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking in public (e.g. attending tradeshows, supporting exhibitions at events, or presenting on webinars)
