Partner Ecosystem Sales Operations Analyst - North America

The Red Hat North America (NA) Partner Ecosystem Operations team is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join us. In this role, you will implement, track, and enable programs to foster incremental growth with Red Hat's top-tier partners. You will oversee activities related to providing operational support for Red Hat's Partner Ecosystem team. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership, executives, and field teams to effectively position Red Hat's offerings and services to key stakeholders.
What you will do
- Partner with business teams to support Red Hat's and IBM's joint selling programs
- Deliver synergy data and report analytics; track and measure sales programs
- Increase data accuracy and process and develop automation capabilities to improve process efficiencies
- Plan and conduct enablement sessions to achieve sales adoption goals
What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or another quantitative field with 2+ years of related experience supporting a sales organization
- Excellent spreadsheet skills, including proven experience managing and summarizing large and diverse datasets, compiling sales reports, and performing analyses
- Ability to understand complex system logic and processes and use this knowledge to analyze strategic decisions
- Experience reporting in a customer relationship management (CRM) system like Salesforce.com (SFDC) or an equivalent
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Excellent delivery ability and focus on detail
