US Consulting is seeking a proven sales leader who is interested in working with the top Global Systems Integrators and Advisory firms to bring the most innovative solutions to Fortune 500 customers. The mission of the US Consulting Partner Sales Manager is to accelerate the Industry Solution Organization's growth through an extensive and vibrant ecosystem of managed GSI and Advisory Partners, with a focus on Innovation Solutions. We are seeking a highly strategic and energetic individual who will drive Cloud Consumption and incremental top-line US Consulting Services growth by:

  • Driving US Services Partner Plan for identified partners, in alignment with our Global Partner Solutions (GPS) business and US Consulting field sellers
  • Working with field sales teams to create and track joint pipeline and wins in Strategic Accounts. Align as a team to the Strategic Account Plans and Territory Plans for an Organizational Unit
  • Identifying Consulting Delivery and ACR pipeline growth opportunities for selling Delivery "with partners"
  • Partner Scorecard and Tracker completed for each partner identified, including Delivery revenue targets
  • Develop, build and improve consistent, predictable, and measurable processes that support the FY22 Partner Plan for US Consulting
  • Providing centralized awareness, training and communication as new partner relationships/joint go-to-markets (GTMs) develop, leveraging local US Consulting communities
  • Identifying US Consulting themes to improve seller's ability to sell-with partners, removing internal roadblocks
  • Build a RoB aligned to GPS that supports the FY22 Strategic Partner Plan for key GSI/Advisory/ISV partners that build on the Microsoft Cloud
  • Ensure Delivery + Partner framework (contract framework, market identification, GTM solutions, field roll out and governance) is established for assigned Partners at the national level
  • Build and drive partnerships with GPS and US Consulting Sales roles


This individual will be seen as having executive presence with partners and an influencer to grow sales field muscle (knowledge and confidence) in driving Delivery w/ Partner joint pipeline and wins. This individual will also be responsible for sharing bi-directional feedback with WW Industry Solutions Delivery to influence future strategy/execution of Delivery w/ Partner Strategy.ResponsibilitiesPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The US Consulting Partner Sales Lead will have the following measures of success:

  • Influenced Cloud Consumption per customer, per partner including YOY Growth, Delivery Value revenue, and Innovation Solution Customer wins
  • Frequent partner and field connections (US Consulting team, Strategic Pursuits team, GPS Team, Delivery Domains) to drive Delivery and partner co-sell execution and learning
  • Execute industry and solution area partner co-sell offering views for field landing and include Delivery with Partner offerings in GPS catalogs/programs
  • Identify and execute repeatable win formulas to sell "with partner"


The role will be seen by others to be able to:

  • Engage with sales leads, partners and customers in a consultative manner
  • Create and execute a program to sell-with Partners, and implement the strategy through field sellers
  • Formulate a strategy to seize new opportunities
  • Cross-group collaborate with other Segments, executive leads, and their representatives

Qualifications Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or a related field AND 8+ years partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience
    • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of consulting sales experience, who enjoys simplifying complex topics and enabling others
  • GSI/Advisory channel partner management experience
  • This role will support US Services across US time zones and is a non-location specific role
  • Experience with collaborating across high performance teams located across large geographically dispersed areas required
  • Ability to interact with and influence senior executives
  • Highly comfortable in a high-paced and dynamic national team, spanning different timezones, and resilient under pressure
  • High capacity for multitasking and project management skills, able to manage multiple, high-stakes projects and deliverables simultaneously across workgroups and stakeholders.
  • Impeccable writing and customer presentation skills, with ability to frame and communicate key messages in an effective and consumable manner.
  • Ability to think, plan, and execute resourcefully and autonomously.
  • High energy and a "can do" attitude, ability to motivate self and others.
  • Proven ability to listen and collaborate well - building and drawing upon a wide network, sparking great ideas, gathering, and incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders and v-teams.
  • Resourceful and solution-oriented and not afraid to ask questions if you don't know the answer.
  • Self-directed with great initiative and sense of ownership.
