This New Accounts Executive will be responsible for developing and closing new business by selling Helium 10's software to targeted accounts within the Amazon industry. The New Accounts Executive is accountable for exceeding monthly/quarterly quota, forecasting accuracy, closing, and driving adoption/usage with customers and prospects in collaboration with internal teams and partners.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategically, build and navigate your book to close new business and grow existing accounts
  • Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social selling
  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel and pipeline
  • Sell our solutions with a consultative approach in a high energy environment
  • Work with senior leadership to develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team, and manage day-to-day operations with a focus on performance against key sales and growth metrics
  • Be accountable for increasing revenue and new client acquisition at high rates of growth
  • Coach and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills
  • Inspire, motivate and enable the development of team members to promote career growth and impact for Helium 10
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the organization to help shape Helium 10’s products and solutions to meet customer needs
  • Play a personal and direct role in building and maintaining enduring customer relationships
  • Research, identify and generate new opportunities on a weekly basis via the phone and web
  • Skillfully deliver web-based presentations using inside sales best practices

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 years sales experience, preferably in B2C software sales, E-Commerce experience is a plus
  • At least 1 years of cold call experience. Must be comfortable with hard closing on calls.
  • Successful track record of exceeding quota in past positions
  • Proven success with prospecting, developing leads, managing complex sales-cycles, and closing deals in small-medium business, mid-market, and/or large corporate accounts
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent client relationships, anticipate change, adjust priorities accordingly, and work effectively as a team and independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills to be able to interact effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Impeccable business ethics with polished and professional sales presentation skills
  • Self-starter comfortable with some ambiguity, possessing the ability to learn/ramp quickly, and highly determined to figure things out as you go
