What is a National Account Executive @ SpotHero?
The National Account Executive collaborates on strategy and own execution of national sales plans. Develops new industry relationships, acquires new accounts, sells new products and services, and identifies new opportunities across geographies. This role will collaborate with Sales Enablement and Supply Growth teams to inform new sales approaches and support training. You’ll act as a strategic consultant to potential new partners and provide thought leadership within the industry to facilitate SpotHero’s growth.
What you will get to do:
- Identify new market segments and sales opportunities, collaborate with Director of National Sales on strategy and own execution.
- Prospect potential new parking partners using online resources, social media, industry contacts and organizations, and on-the-ground prospecting.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement in creating and implementing B2B sales campaigns.
- Cold call new prospects and manage and evaluate warm / inbound leads.
- Lead prospective partners to SpotHero’s product offerings through tailored commercial insights and a consultative approach.
- Meet goals around new account acquisition and sales of new products and services.
- Collaborate the Supply Operations function and communicate SpotHero’s customer experience expectations to prospective partners to ensure success on our platform.
- Provide thought leadership and nurture long-term industry relationships to facilitate future growth and build a positive reputation around SpotHero in the space.
- Balance partner needs with SpotHero offerings to develop optimal solutions for all stakeholders.
- Host or travel to client meetings, events, and social gatherings.
- Attend industry related conferences and tradeshows, if applicable.
- Represent SpotHero and build brand awareness.
- Identify and research prospective leads to approach during the event.
- Deliver presentations, host panels and attend educational sessions
- Identify new sales approaches and develop best practices. Collaborate with Sales Enablement to inform and implement new sales strategies, content, collateral, and training.
- Assist Director of National Supply Development with triaging information and prioritization of teamwide initiatives.
- Secure and safeguard data to preserve its integrity, reliability, and availability and ensure appropriate access levels are maintained.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 5+ years experience in sales and account management
- Proven consultative sales solution skills with a unique ability to understand client needs
- Self-motivated and driven attitude where you will work towards achieving new goals
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity while managing multiple competing priorities
- Desire to work closely with others in a collaborative manner
- Demonstrated mentoring and leadership skills
- CRM experience (Salesforce, preferred)
You may also have:
- BI Tool experience, Looker, preferred
- Sales Intelligence Tools experience, Gong, preferred
