MarTech Product Owner on the MarTech team.
The Team
The Martech team is part of part of the Marketing Analytics & Customer Insights group that aims to drive growth, investment optimization and efficiency through the lens of media campaign analytics, consumer & producer insights and marketing technology enablement. The Martech team is comprised of subject matter experts in marketing technology across Marketing and Brand and all four distribution channels.
The Impact
In this role, you will be a subject matter expert: conducting market research on latest trends, educating teams and researching new vendors to expand capabilities. You will develop, maintain, and communicate processes and standard practices related to the high-level design, development, and implementation of solutions across portfolio of projects.
The MarTech Product Owner is responsible for developing, building and implementing capabilities to enable digital marketing across multiple platforms, ensuring solutions meet business needs along with architecturally significant functional and nonfunctional requirements. This role demands a technically focused marketer and problem-solver that has a deep curiosity and passion for driving solutions that combine marketing and sales technology to deliver value.
You will be a liaison with partner technology and business teams to define technology roadmaps, will work closely with teammates to develop an ideal marketing technology portfolio that drives business effectiveness and efficiency and will conduct assessments of capabilities and performance, playing a significant role in problem solving through the findings and insights from diagnostics and assessments.

Basic Qualifications
5 + years of experience in Marketing Technology or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated background in marketing technology, automation, and operations. Experience with multiple platforms is a strong plus.
Deep understanding of the MarTech and data ecosystem
Experience in building, evolving, and integrating marketing technology solutions.
Hands-on experience in architecture, design and measurement of marketing, advertising, and data platforms
Advanced written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of core digital technologies that underpin best in class customer experiences, with a strong ability to "connect the dots" across technologies
Proven track record of delivering scalable, resource intensive, integrated and operational analytical solutions
Extensive experience integrating MarTech platforms in order to measure campaign ROI
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop fact-based recommendations to solve problems, using structured methodologies (customer journey mapping, design thinking, business process design, continuous improvement)
Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements
Strong track record of effectively translating business requirements
Experience with marketing automation concepts and technologies in email, mobile, social, and web.

Adept at delivering key messaging to a variety of constituents using varied methods; Ability to adjust from summary view for leadership to hands-on discussion with practitioners
Demonstrated ability to challenge status quo and current technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Ability to phase delivery of solutions such that they can meet immediate needs, while building towards long-term strategic solutions
Understanding of holistic enterprise architecture and interplay of analytical components with enterprise foundational components
Assertive, with the confidence to be voice of authority. Demonstrates the ability to do what is best for the business, even when faced with adversity
Proven experience with Agile, Lean, rapid, iterative design and development processes
Solid understanding of SalesForce Marketing technology solutions (i.e Salesforce Marketing CloudPardot, etc.), Marketing data models, and demonstrated proficiency with technical and functional knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud including AMPscript, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Audience Builder and other modules in Marketing Cloud
Experience with CRM technologies and content management systems (i.e., Sitecore)
Strong knowledge and use of APIs, web services.
Proficiency in coding and programming applications in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPscript.
Experience with email marketing best practices including list segmentation, A/B testing, build, QA, deployment, and reporting
