The Cath Lab Market Development Manager is a full-time role responsible for driving customer adoption,

scalability, ease of use, and ease of access of HeartFlow’s existing and new products in the cath lab. The

position will be a key member of the commercial team, and will work closely with commercial team to increase the utilization of Heartflow’s existing commercial products in the cath lab. The role will also be a key part of launching new products into the cath lab, and leading all field beta efforts in the cath lab. The role also represents the voice of customer, and will help identify unmet needs and business opportunities in the cath lab. #remote

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with DSMs, and CAMs to engage with IC champions for integrating existing HeartFlow products into the cath lab in order to drive broad cath lab use and IC engagement
  • Track utilization of of HeartFlow’s products in the cath lab and work with the sales team to drive deeper utilization at key customer sites. Quantify and monitor the impact of cath lab engagement project in driving growth in utilization of CCTA and FFRct. Capture key learnings and best practices for broad implementation.
  • Work with solutions engineering, hospital IT, biomedical and cath lab staff to support technical integration of HeartFlow’s platform with cath lab imaging and IT systems. Help setup workflows for routine use of HeartFlow’s products in the cath lab
  • Educate Interventional Cardiologists (IC) on HeartFlow’s technologies, and their key value propositions in the cath lab
  • Support ICs in educating referring physicians on the use of CT/FFRct pathway, and readers on the value of HeartFlow’s products in the cath lab
  • Work closely with commercial, product and marketing to execute Beta programs on New Product Introductions into the cath lab including planner
  • Work with the marketing team and customers to facilitate and support generation of marketing materials and case studies in the cath lab
  • Assist in capturing unmet needs, voice of customer and competitive offerings in the cath lab to inform HeartFlow’s future cath lab products
  • Keep up to date with latest imaging and IT technologies in the cath lab and be HeartFlow’s resident expert on cath lab technologies

Skills Needed:

  • Positive, energetic personality, comfortable in front of groups/customers
  • Excellent problem solving ability, especially under pressure
  • Responsible and accountable, with ability to manage multiple projects involving customers and colleagues from a wide range of technical and clinical backgrounds.
  • Strong customer and internal communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization (sales, marketing, technology, operations, etc.)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to define project plans and organize resources to deliver results
  • The following skills are required:

  • At least 5 years clinical or commercial experience in the cath lab
  • Strong knowledge of workflows and operations in the cath lab
  • Knowledge of imaging systems, CPACS, EMR, and other IT systems in the lab
  • Teaching experience highly desirable

Educational Requirements & Work Experience:

  • BA degree
  • Minimum of 7 years clinical or sales experience in cath lab
  • Teaching experience highly desirable
  • Ability to travel extensively, up to 80% is required
