As a Manager of Strategy & Business Development at Big Health, you'll help further our mission and reach by working with the New Markets leadership team to secure new business relationships with with key health plans and PBMs. This is a cross-functional and collaborative role that will have tremendous impact on our business and the digital health industry as a whole. This role will report into our Director of Strategy & Business Development and can be remote anywhere in the US.

As the Manager of Strategy & Business Development, you will:

• Work with the New Markets leadership team to secure new business relationships across new and existing clients such health plans and Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs)
• Execute on the design and negotiation requirements for novel partnerships/deal structures to accomplish business objectives, including client presentation materials, supporting business cases, follow-up business analyses, internal debriefs, etc.
• Support or lead strategic growth initiatives for the business such as new market evaluations, business model innovations, partner/client engagement strategies, etc.
• Partner with cross functional teams (i.e. clinical, product, sales, marketing) to develop new capabilities required to deliver on new business relationships 

To be successful in this role, you have:

• Knowledge of the US healthcare system, through experience as a consultant or an operator
• Experience working cross functionally to successfully deliver against multiple business objectives, both within the immediate team and as support to cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong and effective written & verbal communication
• The ability to think strategically; you can see and structure problems at a high level, and guide team members through complex situations
• The ability to spearhead quantitative economic analyses such as business cases, ROI models, and other commercial collateral
