We are looking to hire an experienced, passionate Manager of Sales to partner with sales and connectRN leadership to improve the effectiveness of the Facility team through ongoing training, coaching and development. Reporting to our SVP of Skilled Nursing, you will contribute by building, motivating and managing a winning team of Account Executives.

You will...

  • Meet or exceed your assigned teams quota by successfully coaching, developing, and managing a team of Account Executives
  • Recruit, coach and monitor performance of sales representativesHelp team members initiate the sales cycle through prospecting and outreach efforts
  • Master the ability to evangelize the connectRN service
  • Collaborate with Facility team leaders, marketing, peer managers and other stakeholders throughout the business
  • Build and deliver the new hire onboarding process for the facility team including designing the curriculum, conducting sessions, skills assessment, and individual employee coaching
  • Partner with facility team leadership, Marketing, and Product to create and maintain key documentation in a Facility Playbook covering the ConnectRN pitch & Demo, Sales and AM best practices and processes, market health, pricing, key systems/tools (Salesforce, ConnectRN platform, etc..)
  • Work with facility team leadership to identify gaps in training delivery and implement creative solutions that promote team performance and growth
  • Continuously collaborate with facility leadership on current and upcoming needs to contribute to the design and rollout of sales training.
  • Track and report on the performance of the training programs at the individual and team level.
  • Come onsite to the Baltimore office 3 days a week

You have...

  • Several years experience in sales or training preferably in a fast paced, high growth, SaaS environment
  • Ability to create and deliver a sales and account management training program, including the content required and assessments to gauge participants' comprehension and abilities
  • Ability to communicate complex information and processes in a streamlined, easy-to-understand fashion
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong sales and business acumen with a willingness and capability to learn new software tools and applications quickly and efficiently.
