The Team
The GoGuardian Sales & Revenue Operations team is looking for a skilled Sales Operations Manager. This role will lead a talented team of system administrators that oversee Salesforce, Salesloft, Chili Piper, Gainsight, and many other applications within the Sales tech stack. This individual will ensure Salesforce and all connected applications meet our needs as we grow and scale the company.
The Role
The Sales Operations Manager will report directly to the Director of Sales & Revenue Operations. The selected candidate will manage the workload and priorities of the Sales Operations team and ensure we are delivering on high priority, company level initiatives while building for scalability.
What You'll Do

    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Enablement and other leaders to align and execute on company level priorities and initiatives
    • Manage an evolving sales tech stack to drive adoption and optimization of tools
    • Lead the development and deployment of scalable solutions to increase operational efficiencies across the sales organization
    • Gather business requirements and prioritize requests from other departments
    • Ensure team resources are allocated appropriately to achieve operational goals
    • Enforce development best practices across all tools and technologies managed by the sales operations team
    • QA work completed by system administrators ahead of deployments
    • Lead and manage bi-weekly sprint cycles in accordance with Agile SCRUM methodology


Who You Are

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations with hands on admin/development experience
    • Proficient with Excel and query languages such as SOQL or SQL
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to effectively manage shifting priorities across multiple projects and departments in a fast-paced environment
    • Superior project management skills with Agile SCRUM methodology
    • Creative and strategic thinker with keen attention to detail
    • Eager to take initiative in a fast-paced, ever-changing, dynamic environment.
