The Role:
As a Manager of Sales Operations, you will be handling the creation, curation, and improvement of process withing the sales organization and managing an Order Management team who’s function is to drive smooth transitions between sales an delivery. This will require making strong relationships both inside and outside the sales department to better understand now record and process transitions will affect sales as an organization.
The role requires a highly motivated and experienced team player who can work with multiple internal and external stakeholders. The candidate needs to be a self-starter, and able to develop and manage both existing processes and create new ones.
Who you’ll work with:
The qualified candidate will report to our Director of Sales Operations and will work closely with internal stakeholders including each of the Sales Teams, Customer Success, Delivery, Legal, and Marketing. Our culture is collaborative and we’re looking for a Professional who is great at building external and internal relationships. 

What You’ ll be doing day to day:

  • Create, document and store process when appropriate to effectively allow us to scale
  • Monitor existing process and modify to drive efficiency
  • Implement and help to administer new and existing technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams as well as ongoing vendor management of Salesforce, Showpad, Hubspot, DocuSign, Altify, etc.
  • Serve as a liaison between sales and other departments
  • Managing a dedicated team to oversee Order management, whose charge is to audit / process and monitor deals that have closed driving a smoother transition between sales and delivery.
  • Monitoring of deals for SFDC hygiene regarding components needed for handoff and delivery execution.
  • Managing the order management team to drive deals that have closed but have not invoiced to drive them towards revenue.
  • Monitor Critical Mass records to feed targets to SDR’s based on state priorities
  • Directing team and sales reps directly on data hygiene account management
  • Short and long term pain point resolution for reps and managers.
  • Tracking down the source of issues and working through solutions
  • SKO / Leadership quarterly meetings planning and execution 

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • BS or BA with a technology or business focus or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience working in the software or SaaS industries.
  • Passion, energy, and drive to develop and expand applicable market segments.
  • Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate intellectual rigor
  • Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a competitive and dynamic environment
