About the job

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

The mission of the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Central Strategy and Operations team (CSO) is to advance the cross-functional strategy, capabilities, and operations that enable GCS growth. Within the broader CSO organization, the Incentives and Integrity team plays a key role in influencing GCS business rhythms by designing incentives, setting productivity goals, and deploying Google policies in a GCS-centric way.

As the Manager of Sales Integrity, you will lead a team responsible for building an ethical culture that ensures fairness, promotes customer success, and mitigates legal exposure. Along with your team, you will define, implement, and enforce business integrity expectations for our global salesforce, and partner cross-functionally to build scalable risk deterrence mechanisms.

In this role, you will need to balance strategy and operations. You will work with your team to develop strategies and solutions that promote business integrity. You will also work with executives and leaders across Sales, Finance, Internal Audit, and People Operations to articulate and support the solutions you have developed.

When our millions of advertisers and publishers are happy, so are we! Our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) team of entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and client-focused members are the "human face " of Google, helping entrepreneurs both individually and broadly build their online presence and grow their businesses. We are dedicated to growing the unique needs of advertising companies. Our teams of strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of Sales Integrity Program Managers and Analysts, facilitating the design, launch, execution, and landing of strategic priorities.
  • Develop the Sales Integrity program strategy and manage key business planning inputs for the Sales Integrity team.
  • Partner with VPs and directors to help shape, launch, and land the strategic Sales Integrity priorities, and influence leadership via an executive communications strategy to engage with their teams in driving a culture of integrity.
