About the Role

Are you passionate about transforming the way millions of people work by delivering solutions with a spark of magic? We are looking for a Manager, Sales Engineering to develop a team of Sales Engineers supporting Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives.

 

The Manager, Sales Engineering is a player and coach role, acting as both a team leader and a trusted advisor and Highspot solution expert on key logos and accounts.

 

You would be joining a winning sales team who are achieving consistent growth year over year. Sales Engineers at Highspot are trusted advisors who work with our partner, sales, services, and product teams to help drive projects and opportunities.

 

What You'll Do

  • Create a cohesive and high functioning team with confidence in you and in the company
  • Capture and share innovative ideas from your team
  • Communicate and hold team accountable for their roles and responsibilities
  •  Execute processes that enable us to innovate and scale the team
  •  Demonstrate and present complex features of the Highspot platform effectively to customers and prospects
  •  Deliver and approve responses to information and proposal requests (InfoSec requests, RFIs, RFPs, etc.)
  • Understand and follow the Highspot Culture and Guiding Principles
  • Attract, develop, inspire, and retain great talent

Your Background

  • You are a successful Sales Engineer or Solutions Consultant, who enjoys connecting with customers by demonstrating SaaS solutions and partnering strategically with the sales team
  • You have manager or team lead experience
  • You are an engaging presenter, both in person and via the internet who can effectively answer a wide range of questions from the audience
  • You have familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. Familiarity with Content Management Systems and Marketing Automation solutions is a plus
  • You have experience in SaaS B2B sales and a proven track record of successfully working with sales teams, in a collaborative environment
  • You are able to learn new technology quickly and communicate its value to a range of personas.
  • You have excellent facilitation skills with the ability to understand customers’ requirements, business needs and challenges while establishing realistic and attainable expectations at an executive and management level
