Manager, Sales Development
About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our growing team in Sunnyvale, CA. We’re seeking driven, results-oriented managers who are ready to change the game!
General Responsibilities:
The Sales Development Manager is a front-line manager whose responsibilities include:
Managing team of 8-9 Sales Development Rep (corporate and enterprise)
Coaching reps on strategy and technique
Working with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are being hit
Working with Regional Directors and Managers Corporate Sales on territory development
Work with Channel Account Mangers to drive business with our partners
What You'll Need:
Experience as a team lead or manager of a frontline sales team
At least 1 year of closing experience for a technology company preferred
Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like DOMO
Track record of leading a successful team
Experience hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment
Understands the cybersecurity landscape
Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate
Project manager experience is a plus
