Challenges You Will Solve

As a Sales Development Manager at Red Canary you will be responsible for training, mentoring, leading and growing a team of SDRs. You'll champion this team to generate qualified meetings with decision-makers, owning the execution of pipeline goals, new outreach strategies and the tracking and understanding of key internal (and external) trends and data points. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Enablement and Sales to implement and standardize our SDR process, as well as your SDR Management peers and leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Hire, onboard and coach SDR Team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities.
  • Lead people and hold SDRs accountable to daily KPI’s and more importantly, results.
  • Ensure SDR Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in weekly recurring 1:1s and coaching sessions
  • Motivate SDRs to exceed goals through coaching and incentives.
  • Conduct weekly team meetings and operational reviews.
  • Track and report SDR performance and productivity achievements with Sr. SDR Leadership.
  • Ensure that individuals are efficiently and accurately qualifying and disqualifying inbound demand
  • Plan for hiring and onboarding new SDRs with an eye for continuous improvement
  • Work closely with Sales and other members of the SDR Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes (Identify Pain and Timing).
  • Work closely with peer Sr. SDR Leadership as well as the Regional Sales Director to identify key company accounts to develop in each territory, support territory and account strategies.
  • Work in collaboration with content, marketing program managers, and marketing event managers to develop effective messaging for outbound communications for marketing campaigns and their follow-up.
  • Analyze SalesLoft cadences, and cadence strategy with an eye towards continual improvement and efficiency optimization.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date inbound/outbound messaging, by buyer persona.
  • Communicate up regional & territory needs to SDR Leadership.

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ years of SDR Management experience
  • A strong passion for coaching and continuous improvement
  • A collaboration centered attitude and approach to your work
  • A willingness to work outside the strict job description parameters, thinking creatively about how to provide the highest level of internal and external customer service
  • You'll be experienced in hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment and be able to drive and lead cross-functional initiatives at scale
  • Consistent track record of metric and goal attainment
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Linkedin SalesNavigator, and SalesLoft a plus
  • Direct experience in B2B and Cybersecurity a plus

Targeted Compensation Range (salary/uncapped commission): $120,000 OTE (depending on experience)
