About the Role

We are a high-growth company in a fast-growing market, we have big ambitions, and we are expanding our Revenue Enablement team. In this role, you will be joining the Revenue Enablement team reporting to the Sr. Director, Enablement - Learning & Development. The Revenue Enablement function at Highspot is an integral part of the company. Our mission is to empower Highspot’s customer-facing teams with the most effective knowledge and content to accelerate revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • In this role, you will be responsible for designing learning that brings our sales methodology to life across the Highspot platform, initiatives and learning, onboarding & reinforcement programs. The role focuses on training our GTM teams to connect our messaging & methodology with customer touchpoints across our sales motions. The role requires a consultative lens, helping to evaluate and train to messaging and methodology excellence. Additionally, candidates should be able to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams, create and innovate the design, development and delivery of content in conjunction with the broader Revenue L&D and Enablement team and scale knowledge across the leadership & GTM organization. This is an exciting role in which you will have the opportunity to help shape and grow not just the GTM team, but also the product.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead development, design and delivery projects for GTM methodology training & onboarding programs, integrated training & enablement collateral, reinforcement & certification programs
  • Be our in-house methodology expert and go to trainer and methodology content consultant
  • Create innovative approaches to learning design & delivery that maximize engagement, drive action and reinforce learning
  • Work closely with leadership and methodology vendors on content development and strategies
  • Partner with GTM leadership, L&D and Audience Enablement teams on adoption, live training execution, coaching frameworks and related learning design
  • Develop long-term processes, content, and procedures to ensure we scale effectively with our approaches and techniques. 
  • Become a platform expert, leveraging Highspot technology and innovative programming to drive results 
  • Be able to identify, prioritize and execute on both tactical and strategic projects.
  • Use Highspot analytics to identify opportunities and evaluate the impact of your initiatives through KPIs.

Your Background

  • 5+ years of experience in learning, sales training and/or sales methodology 
  • Experience implementing sales methodology required, Corporate Visions experience preferred
  • Experience in sales and/or sales leadership preferred
  • Innovative content & program design, development and delivery experience 
  • Consultative approach to learning design, initiative rollout and coaching 
  • Experience designing programs and initiatives that are aligned with business strategy
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels, including high levels of cross-functional partnerships and executive GTM leaders
  • Excellent presentation, time management and organization skills
  •  Quick to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment and ability to bring a Learn-It-All mentality
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of projects, delivery and measurement
