About the Role:

Are you a sales leader passionate about coaching and developing a team and helping others achieve their career dreams? Does the idea of building a pipeline and increasing revenue for a SaaS company appeal to you? If so, continue reading. 

As a Manager of Field Sales, you will lead a team of Regional Sales Directors (field sales reps) responsible for closing new business and expansion. You will be involved in all stages of the sales cycle and learning process from product demos to pricing and procurement. 

You will lead by example, join your reps on calls and in meetings to co-present and facilitate. As Panorama grows, you will play a big part in driving successful hiring and onboarding of your team members. 

You will be a member of our broader Field Sales management team and work collaboratively with your peers to define and deliver improvements across all areas of sales strategy. You will also help develop strategy for the broader Sales team, and work closely with Marketing and Account Management to support growth initiatives and territory strategy. 

You will need to reside in the pacific or mountain time zone to support RSDs whose territories are in the western half of the United States. 

Responsibilities

  • You will lead revenue strategy for quarterly revenue performance for the team you manage, and support pipeline generation, committed pipeline and revenue booked.
  • You will provide continuous support to RSDs through the sales cycle – from product demo to close. Live coaching, co-presenting in meetings, feedback on work with existing opportunities and prospecting, weekly 1x1s, and career development conversations will set you and your team up for success.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 2+ years of SaaS strategic sales management experience and proven ability to support high performing teams to meet and exceed goals 
  • 3+ years  experience as a top performer in SaaS sales
  • Experience working in K-12 educational technology, K-12 education, or both!
  • Ability to travel up to 40% to meet with prospective clients when it’s safe to do so
  • A consultative mindset and ambition to deliver and exceed revenue goals  
  • Enterprise sales and leadership experience 
  • Proficiency using Salesforce and other sales tools to develop revenue strategy

Even Better if You Have: 

  • Experience working in K-12 educational technology, K-12 education, or both!
  • Experience using call recording software as a coaching tool (Chorus, Gong, or similar)

Panorama excitedly hosts two in-person "all team meetings" a year. All Panoramians attend and travel/hotels are provided. (Paused due to Covid)
