Grammarly offers a remote-first hybrid working model. Team members can work primarily remotely. Teams will meet in person every quarter in one of Grammarly’s hubs, currently in San Francisco, Vancouver, New York, and Kyiv. To ensure that teams are able to overlap in their working hours and to meet face-to-face when needed, all team members need to live within three time zones of their direct team.
Enterprise Sales Manager

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our Enterprise Sales team and establish relationships with the largest organizations in the world. This role will report directly to the Head of Corporate Sales for Grammarly’s B2B business. The Enterprise Sales Manager will evolve our large accounts selling motion and continue to build our Enterprise Sales team to help achieve our ambitious growth goals for 2022 and beyond.

In the first few quarters, you will work with leadership and marketing to unlock new enterprise relationships while setting the stage for the future sales team. By the end of the first year, you will be growing and managing a successful sales organization.
In this role, you will:
- Demonstrate sales excellence by pioneering Grammarly’s largest deals.
- Establish a next-generation sales approach for a global sales ecosystem.
- Build a new channel and revenue stream for an established brand.
- Define marketing, growth operations, and leadership resources required for success.
- Help refine messaging and positioning of Grammarly Business to best support sales.
- Inform the product roadmap for Grammarly Business to unlock faster growth.
- Help stand up a successful end-to-end revenue machine, including marketing, product, sales build-out, and underlying ops and pipeline management.
