Manager, Customer Success

As a Manager of Customer Success, you will be responsible for developing, coaching and leading a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) focused on delivering value for ChartHop’s customers.


We will measure your success through:KPIs:

  • Gross Retention
  • Net Retention
  • Customer Portfolio Health Score


As a Manager, Customer Success, you will:

  • Manage, lead, mentor, and train a team of Customer Success Managers
  • Serve as a coach and a leader, helping your team develop their skills as our product continues to evolve
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your team including: managing escalations, risk mitigation, accurate customer health forecasting, and ensuring the delivery of high quality engagements
  • Identify growth opportunities with assigned accounts and drive toward high renewal rates
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other teams such as Sales, Professional Services, Customer Support, Marketing, and Product


Requirements:

  • 6+ years experience in a Customer Success or Account management role in the SaaS space
  • 4+ years experience of managing Customer Success teams
  • Experience with enterprise Saas implementation, project management, and stakeholder management
  • Early stage startup experience (nice to have)

Salary range - $130K- $140K base plus bonus and equity
