We're looking for an autonomous self-starter with outstanding organizational and program management skills-a strategic thinker who's also a natural collaborator. As a Client Account Manager (CAM) you'll work with senior leaders, enabling account teams to deliver the best of Deloitte, strengthen relationships with our most important clients, and accelerate growth for the Firm. With a client-first mindset, you will align with Deloitte's businesses to execute business priorities and expand our services footprint, help develop and deliver Green Dot account strategies to address client issues, bring insights and leading practices to accounts, and drive operational efficiencies to keep client service PPMDs and professionals client-facing and help account teams win work.

How You'll Operate

In this 100% allocation role, you will serve as key member of the account leadership team, flexing the role you play as you deliver against account priorities, serving as:

  • Catalyst to spur the realization of our client's 2020+ 5 vision and goals, accelerating growth objectives for the account as well as the sport and major events practice;
  • Strategist to engage with account and firm leadership to determine strategies vital to maximizing successful client and Olympic Ecosystem performance;
  • Steward to protect and build our brand with our client while seeking opportunities to reduce risks for our clients and the firm; and,
  • Operator to effectively and efficiently manage across the account operating model to optimize performance and client results.

Work You'll Do

Responsibilities will be based on specific client relationship objectives and the priorities of the account leadership team, and may include:

  • Client Impact: Develop and execute account and Olympic Ecosystem strategy and planning, including preparing team members for effective client meetings, engaging with teams to create and submit proposals that are engaging and tailored to the client relationship
  • Account and Team Impact: Create excellent talent experience and provide team building that fosters cross-business collaboration, support leadership development, including connectivity and transitions
  • Quality and Risk Impact: Protect Deloitte's and our client's brand and information and establish processes and procedures that reduce overall risk
  • Connect to teams across Industries and other Businesses: Share and gather insights and work to identify and support opportunities across the Green Dot and Industries.
  • Insights and Trends: Deliver data, insights, to account teams

The Team

At Deloitte, clients are at the heart of everything we do. As a part of Client and Market Growth, the CAM program is comprised of professionals who are dedicated to providing our most important client accounts with streamlined, cross-functional support. CAMs help build and execute client service strategies, optimize internal support, and increase efficiencies to enable our account teams to provide the best Deloitte client experience.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • An understanding of and interest in the Olympic Ecosystem
  • Ability and willingness for periodic international travel
  • Account management experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with executives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - strong PowerPoint and Excel skills critical
  • Excellent strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience mentoring/counseling others

Preferred:

  • Minimum 5 years of Deloitte experience
  • Client service experience
  • Knowledge of the Broadcast Marketplace
  • Basic fluency in French


For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $86,425.00-$159,165.00

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
