About the Role
Reibus is looking for a Logistics Account Manager who will provide a value-added service for our buyers. This key role will engage as the primary point of contact with our buyers regarding transport of their product and will ensure a superior customer experience. If you enjoy mining for additional opportunities with both buyers and sellers and working closely with the product sales team to identify customer shipping needs, this is a great fit for you! You will use our transportation management software to enter the shipping details, schedule the shipment, and track the shipment for delivery. What will you be doing?
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent customer service
- Ensure accurate entry of shipment details into Reibus systems
- Schedule the pickup and delivery appointments for shipments
- Prioritize and respond to internal and external requests in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate cross-functionally with carrier sales and product sales personnel
Qualifications
- One year of logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical capability
- Service-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Competitive spirit that drives you to be the best
- Bachelor's degree preferred
