Job Summary

The Sales and Experience Manager (West Coast) will represent the LiveWire brand and products to the U.S. dealer network. The core focus will be driving sales of LiveWire EV motorcycles by influencing the adoption of the LiveWire Vision at retail through implementing the defined physical environment, consistently improving the independent dealerships' team engagement and leveraging key performance indicators to improve effectiveness of a territory of dealers.

This role will be responsible for driving sales growth at dealerships to meet & exceed targets, grow EV advocacy, and lead local marketing initiatives to increase LiveWire motorcycle visibility in key urban markets.

Success in this role will be defined by your credibility, influence, and ability to forge relationships. This role allows you to become a true consultant advising on sales, growth, marketing opportunities, and key areas for improvement. The Sales and Experience Manager will develop thorough knowledge of a defined set of dealers and effectively collaborate to navigate changing market conditions, capitalize on opportunities, and continuously improve processes.

Job Responsibilities• Utilize the LW playbook to plan meetings, influence performance improvements at dealership, follow up, and keep all commitments to dealer stakeholders• Become an EV advocate that stays in tune with segment trends and news• Keeps a close eye on dealership performance KPIs and takes independent initiative to engage with dealer partners immediately as required to achieve sale goals• In conjunction with the dealer, develop and gain buy in for strategic market plan, inclusive of attainment of sales targets, market reports, trending performance and market share. Plans will address growth opportunities and deficiencies• Understand drivers of growth for Dealer and be able to apply leading practices to improve performance metrics• Effectively solve problems for the Dealer by leveraging personal experience and knowledge or by identifying the right support link within the organization; identify and request Help Chain support as needed to help Dealers with performance, service, marketing, and operational issues• Analyze and review performance metrics at a regular cadence and work with Dealers to adjust as necessary• Develop themselves as a LW product and customer expert and deliver product training to dealers assigned to territory• Enable two-way feedback loop between Dealer and Sales Leadership to resolve issues and risks in a timely manner• Provide constructive feedback and play an influencer role to drive and sustain dealer performance• Up to 75% travel required (Los Angeles, CA, San Francisco, CA, Phoenix, AZ, Seattle, WA)

Experience Requirements

  • Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Requires a solid understanding of financial measures, forecasting and other analytical skills. Ability to demonstrate deep understanding of key financial drivers of Dealer's business, including what best in class numbers should look like
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed aggressive sales performance targets and develop creative solutions to generate results
  • Retail expertise, negotiation and influencing skills and ability to communicate are essential to success
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills
