Delivering business outcomes for enterprises requires a new approach, new capabilities and new relationships. An entirely new route to market and engagement model. That's where Global Systems Integrators (GSI) like Accenture, Deloitte, and Ernst & Young come in - with industry specific expertise to engage our customers at the C-level, focusing on delivering business outcomes to lines of business.
We are seeking a Leader for our growing and evolving GSI team in the Americas. This Leader is responsible for building a team of individuals experienced in working with GSIs, and capable of aligning with these partners for immediate impact; creating, enabling and evangelizing joint solution offers inside of Cisco and the GSI; aligning GSI and Cisco sales leaders to develop successful go to market motions, and growing revenue in the Americas through these strategic partners. You will work cross functionally with the Global Partner Organization, Business Units, Marketing and Sales teams to create pipeline and sales for the Americas.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience working with/for GSI's. You have had past success in building teams. You will possess both a business background that enables engagement at the CXO level, as well as a sales background that promotes relevance to sales organizations both within Cisco and GSI's. You are a strategic problem solver about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions. Understanding and experience with GSI's like Accenture, Deloitte and Ernst & Young is preferred.
Additional critical areas of experience and expertise
1. Intimate knowledge of how GSI's operate and engage with organizations like Cisco.
2. Workflow and business process expertise.
3. Experience working within a geographically dispersed environment with strong influencing and teamwork skills.
4. Strong program management experience in leading complex relationships.
5. Strong business planning and presentation skills
