The Launchpad Sales Manager will be the single point of contact for all Launchpad brand commercial plans, execution, and results for the designated geography State(s)/Region. The role will foster the development of new brands from seed to scale.

  • District Manager related duties to include following with wholesalers: weekly tracking vs budget, monthly Wholesaler Performance Reviews, daily/weekly/monthly communication on all Launchpad related initiatives
  • Ensures execution of all chain mandates and programming for Launchpad brands. Additionally, ensure proper inventory and forecasting of brands via routine meetings and communication.
  • Creates strong account relationships to grow sales in existing locations and help open new accounts.
  • Executes (in cooperation with marketing) new product launches (events, in-store activations, media, etc.)
  • Drives awareness and education of Launchpad brands with wholesaler partners and leadership
  • Executes meaningful programs including trainings, work-withs, and incentives to build wholesaler excitement and support to increase sales.
  • Works with field marketing team to ensure effective use and planning of POS, demos, and consumer events
  • Executes successful and impactful planning, review, sales meetings and annual market plans with wholesalers
  • Ensures proper planning to lay out path to achieve volume and distribution goals.



Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (emphasis in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is desired)
  • 2-4 years beverage industry experience (3 tier beverage industry experience preferred) High level of professionalism and experience working with well-organized sales-oriented companies.
  • Effective Communication, presentation, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong Organizational and time management skills needed to manage multiple projects and partners simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills to create fact based selling stories.
  • Candidate must demonstrate ambition and ability to work independently to build a brand adapting and adjusting quickly to understand and overcome obstacles
