Launch Coordinator, Customer Success
Liftoff is a rapidly growing marketing technology company that is changing the way companies discover and engage with mobile app users. We are looking for a Launch Lead, Customer Success to facilitate the setup and launch of advertising campaigns. In this role, you will ultimately be responsible for both ensuring a smooth launch process and learning what it takes to grow into a Customer Success Manager.
Responsibilities
- Act as lead for all new campaign launches
- Function as a key support resource for Liftoff’s customers during launch phase
- Ensure new campaigns adhere to Liftoff best practices
- Explore and test new methods to support more scalable launch practices and reduce time-to-live
- Work with internal tools and teams to gather relevant per-customer and industry data, insights, and benchmarks to influence customer engagements
- Manage internal prep meeting timelines and scheduling, as well as customer resource distribution
Desired skills and abilities
- 1-3 years professional work experience, preferably in digital advertising or a recent graduate looking to get into AdTech
- Knowledge of mobile advertising networks and social platforms and an understanding of the value of advertising is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and quick to take initiative and ownership over their workstreams
- Strives for learning opportunities and drives results
- Excited and able to work individually and collaboratively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work against tight goals and deadlines
- Experience with professional software tools (Salesforce, Office Suite, Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree
