The Role
As a Key Account Manager, you accelerate growth with install base clients by highlighting Overhaul’s Enterprise business solutions that greatly increase supply chain visibility, integrity, and security. Through your expertise and understanding of the client’s needs, you outline uniquely beneficial combinations of our software, hardware, and services solutions that deliver on short-term goals while creating demand for the future.
You are enthusiastic about our product suite and inspiring clients to share in your enthusiasm. You have developed a keen ability for identifying roadblocks and overcoming obstacles to increase business and enhance the client experience. You flourish in an office environment and excel with traveling to manage accounts with varying needs.
Key Account Manager Responsibilities:
Interacting with C-Level and VP-Level Executives, driving the digital transformation strategy for install base Enterprise clients.
Working with existing clients to introduce and expand Overhaul application and platform services within assigned accounts to drive revenue.
Manage the pricing, negotiation, and execution of client contract renewals and expansion.
Lead presentations and demonstrations of Overhaul software to expand services to additional client geographies and business units.
Working with operations, marketing, product, engineering, and data science departments to align future client needs with product and services roadmap.
Coordinate and lead strategic business reviews with clients to guide vision and execution of expanded Overhaul services.
About you:
- Capable of thriving in fast-paced Start-Up environment
- 3+ years’ experience in enterprise revenue generating or account management role
- Experience of selling Enterprise Cloud and/or supply chain applications experience would be a plus
- Previous management of Fortune 1000 accounts
