As a Key Account Manager, you play a decisive role in the growth of 360Learning's business.
Within a structured team of 5 KAM Mid, you are in charge of around 100 strategic accounts (existing customers from 100 to 2,500 employees) and your goal is to develop your portfolio and generate growth. 

Your clients will be exclusively French Training Organizations and you will report to the KAM Mid Market Coach.

At 360Learning, the KAM role is 80% sales oriented. Client Success Partners and internal experts (digital pedagogy, platform structuring, IT) are in charge of the client’s project monitoring and smooth execution. Collaboration with them will be instrumental to succeed in your sales actions (upsell).

You will have the opportunity to be part of the very dynamic Digital training sector for Mid Market, at a time when clients double down on distant training. Growth trend is steep and our KAM Mid team exceeded their ambitious objectives in 2021.

We are eager to retain the best talent in our teams, and we will encourage internal moves after 2-3 years of continuous success to build together fulfilling career paths. This KAM Mid position offers the possibility of moving to a KAM Large position (existing customers from 2,500 to 10,000+ employees).

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Become an expert of our product and our Convexity corporate culture
  • Meet the different teams at 360Learning
  • Finalize your onboarding
  • Take full ownership of your portfolio of customers

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Map accounts and define an account growth strategy, prioritize your portfolio (tiering)
  • Work closely with our Client Success Partners to gather relevant information about our existing clients, in order to generate upselling
  • Prepare account reviews with our clients in order to identify areas of development
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of 360Learning
  • Complete the handover of your portfolio and close 50 K€ of new ARR

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Ensure accurate reporting of the activity with your coach to optimize the forecast
  • Be proactive in order to improve business processes
  • Write complex business proposals and conduct business negotiations
  • Close around 130K€ of new ARR (total since your arrival)

Within 12 months, you will:

  • Prepare, anticipate and ensure the renewal of clients’ contracts
  • Define action plans to generate upsells
  • Manage the entire business relationship with the clients
  • Close around 315K€ of new ARR (total since your arrival)

The Skills Set

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales of SaaS solutions in an Account Manager function (management and revenue generation with a portfolio of clients)
  • Professional experience in relation with French Training Organizations, good knowledge of their business and challenges
  • Excellent sales track record
  • Basic elements of Human Resources culture is a plus
  • Experience of (very) fast growing environments as start-up / scale-up who require agility and responsiveness
  • A strong desire to learn and develop your skills
  • Rigour, autonomy and extra-mile mindset
  • Strong active listening skills, Team Player mindset, situational intelligence and lots of energy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An excellent academic background from the best French Business Schools or equivalent
  • Full business proficiency in French and English (B2+)
