The Team
The ISV organization is comprised of highly diverse, committed , accountable and collaborative alliances professionals committed to our vision of recruiting, building, and enabling partners to build great businesses on the Salesforce platform.

The Emerging Technology team supports Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners in the evaluation, adoption, and go-to-market motions related to Salesforce emerging technologies, and works closely with our internal business partners to implement programs aligned with these efforts.

The Role
The Commerce Cloud Recruit PAM is responsible for selling the value of the LINK & AppExchange Programs, recruiting new ISV Partners to help build a rich partner ecosystem, and providing impactful solutions for our customers. You will be a part of the Commerce Cloud partnership team, working alongside in-market PAMs, Direct Sales, Product Development Outsourcers, Product Managers, and operational teams to manage a partner throughout the on-boarding lifecycle. The role will also entail research and discovery on a set list of strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new partner identification, recruitment and acquisition
  • Manage an opportunity pipeline of ISV partners building integrations to Salesforce Commerce Cloud portfolio of products
  • Develop compelling, partner-specific points of view to share with prospective ISV Partners
  • Facilitate other ISV teams in developing relationships with Commerce Cloud partners, including facilitating the contracting and enablement of new ISVs
  • Communicate directly with Partners as well as internal teams

Experience/Skills Required

  • Strong selling, communication, and presentation skills
  • Driven self starter that has a passion and interest in problem solving
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Collaborative approach with an orientation toward leadership
  • Strategic and analytical problem solver who is able to blend technology and business strategy to develop compelling vision and strategy for partner success
  • Account planning and management, business development and solution selling, opportunity management and conversion
  • Passion and commitment for transforming customer experiences across the Commerce Cloud portfolio of products

Qualifications

  • Preferred 4+ years of applicable Partnership/Sales experience
  • Possess a "Hunter" mentality for outbounding and prospecting
  • Experience using prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, etc.)
  • Strong time management skills
  • Positive, proactive attitude
  • Comfortable in high-pressure environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Displays ample business acumen and executive presence
