Role Description:
We are looking for a high-energy, driven professional with excellent eye for business, strong technical proficiency, consultative sales solution experience, and preferred front-line leadership experience to join our ISV Partner Recruitment team. This role will require a passion for the Salesforce platform and products and an interest in proliferating the AppExchange ecosystem. You will be recruiting new ISV Partners through both inbound and outbound efforts, and managing a team of Sales Development Reps. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to be a tenacious self-starters every day. Responsibilities:

This will be a Player/Coach role where you will not only be responsible for managing a team of ISV Business Development Reps, but also play a key role in managing new Enterprise level ISV partners. Breakdown of the responsibilities are below.

Individual Contributor:

  • Help build and define recruiting motion for Inbound Enterprise and Salesforce Venture-backed ISV Leads
  • Onboard & Contract Enterprise Companies to become ISV Partners
  • Enable partners to launch on the AppExchange and drive initial revenue for partnership
  • Identify partners with high potential to drive ACV
  • Work in sync with AppExchange Technical Evangelist team to validate Salesforce platform and to assist in ISV Partner efforts to build solutions on the platform
  • Work across business development, PAMs, Legal, ISV support teams, and other internal collaborators such as direct sales to manage enterprise lead onboarding.
  • Achieve quarterly targets and metrics outlined by the business



Manager:

  • Front-line leader who will manage (3) SDRs/Business Development team members that are primarily responsible for following up with all new AMER Partner Community leads, and partner engagement through qualification and readiness for contracting.
  • Develop SDRs to grow skills needed to build a successful career in partnerships
  • Collaborate and create plays for SDRs to build pipeline
  • Coach and assist SDRs in managing/building external and internal relationships to drive pipeline
  • Work closely with AppExchange Recruitment Marketing on campaigns to drive and increase partner leads
  • Help set up processes to more easily engage with Internal Salesforce employees on Partner lead referrals



Qualifications:

  • Driven self-starter that has a passion and interest in problem-solving.
  • Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to drive urgency and a deal forward to execution
  • Ability to run executive leadership meetings and manage multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Displays ample eye for business and executive presence
  • Consistent track record of building, developing, and managing impactful teams
  • History of building strong internal relationships in a highly matrixed, global organization
  • 3-5 years of applicable Partnership/Sales experience
  • Positive, proactive demeanor, goal-oriented
  • Comfortable in high-pressure environments
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills



Preferred Requirements:

  • Passion and commitment for partner success
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
  • People management experience preferred
