Job Overview: This position is responsible for working closely with Marketing, Outside Sales/Business Development Teams, and Branch Management. Main responsibilities include responding to inbound sales inquiries in a timely and effective manner, generating opportunities through outbound lead generation activities, and engaging in the sales process if an opportunity meets a certain standard. In addition, an Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for pre-qualifying and assigning sales opportunities, prospect follow-up, quote generation, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to manage new sales opportunities and moving them
efficiently through the sales funnel.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound cold calling
- Respond to inbound sales related phone calls and emails
- Pre-qualify customers and assign to appropriate sales rep
- Coordinate field presentations and meetings
- Occasionally perform online demos to prospects
- Accurately update and maintain Salesforce
- Maintain working knowledge of products and product configurations
- Other duties as assigned
Primary Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or inside sales required
- Comfortable making 100 plus outbound calls per day
- Strong phone presence and listening skills
- Ability to multitask and deliver results with strict timelines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Speak and write English fluently
- Demonstrate analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
