JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for driving sales for specific customer accounts or region. You will achieve increased sales targets from existing accounts/customers aligned with business initiatives. You will increase sales by recommending new product offerings to existing customers. You will be responsible for increasing the customer base and influence cross-functional teams to eliminate barriers to sales success. You will drive new customer leads to outside sales. You will liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems. You will analyze sales statistics and business needs to provide recommendations to customers and stakeholders. Drive business growth by closing sales. Improve systems, processes, or procedures to enhance efficiencies. Share understanding of Resideo products, systems, and procedures to drive greater efficiency and increase team ability.

JOB DUTIES:
  • Identify Opportunities.
  • Plan Accounts.
  • Negotiate and Close.
  • Administrate Sales Cycle.
  • Deliver Value Proposition to Customers.
  • Manage Sales Cycle Momentum.
  • Deliver Communications to Customers.
YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Experience interfacing with customers.
  • B2B inside sales background.
  • Working with customers via phone, email. Other than face to face.
  • salesforce experience.
  • Must possess a valid passport or Driver's License approved for air travel.
  • Any new hire for this position must be vaccinated for COVID-19 by their start date with Resideo, subject to any prohibitions or exceptions under state or local law.
